Meet the owners!

Joel & Melissa Watson dreamed up Rapid Response Restoration after working for large restoration companies. They took their years of experience and love for helping others and opened Rapid Response in their hometown.

In their free time, they love spending time with their 3 boys. Gavin (16) Cason (12) Emmit (9). They enjoy spending time outdoors as a family. They also love exploring local wineries and restaurants.

When asked what sets them apart from other restoration companies they said “we truly care about customer satisfaction. We know people have a choice and when they choose our business we want them to know they have support. We have the knowledge and we have the tools, those are the easy things. The difference comes in the way we care for and support our customers every single time. Being local means we are serving our neighbors and community members we want to feel proud when we see them out locally in our town.”
